I am a PhD Candidate in Comparative Politics and Public Policy, and an Academic Technology Scholar. Prior to my graduate studies, I worked as a journalist in Turkey. I completed a dual master’s degree at the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy and Harvard Divinity School. My research interests include identity and conflict, nationalism and nation building, and forced displacement and migration. Besides English, I am fluent in Turkish and French.
